“Can Pep De Sa Guaita” belongs to the traditional Ibizan family, who built the modern holiday house by themselves. Since the homeowner is a passionate builder, he designed the villa down to the last detail with support of the famous architect Ivan Torres Ramon.
The villa has several details. Some are linked to the tradition and history of the land. A lush lawn extends to the orchards and an old water wheel is a reminder of the ancestral roots of the land.
The house is called “Can Pep De Sa Guaita”, which means Pep’s view in English, as the ancient owner of the land, where the villa stands today was known as “Pep”. The connection of modernism with traditions makes the contemporary villa unique.
